First things first is we must wrestle this false superiority of knowing what is mental health away from the general conversation about it. Eight years of Mental and Behavioral Healthcare experience has allowed me to uncover many expert opinions about it, and all such opinions deriving from seemingly enlightened patients. Granted some self-care explanations were on track, but being close to the answers cannot be the standard.
Therefore the philosophical nature of mass expertise is counterproductive and harmful to societies understandings about mental health in general. What then can psychological professionals do to dampen such a kaleidoscope of untrained sufferers diagnosing complicated mental disorders? My suggestion would be to produce a weekly periodical. A digital application on a smart phone with current news in the field. Produced along with a bevy of relatable leaders in the field cast on a short 30 minute weekly video. These non-stoic professionals will raise mental healthcare to the same respectable level as physical healthcare.
Many changes have led mental health to being reconsidered as a crucial opposite to the same coin of physical healthcare. More promotion is required if mental health is to achieve the position of equality it deserves for the benefit of humanity.

See. That’s why the Democrats need to maintain message discipline. What do you think is happening around everything else entering the ‘circle’ of a household? Yes. Families. Single people. Everybody that doesn’t have $10 million dollars to give back of taxpayer money given to them by Donald J. Trump in the Republicans Big Beautiful ‘Ugly’ Bill. The struggle is real. Don’t kid yourself. Oh. The saying is, ‘Don’t gaslight yourself’. The Republicans are already hot and heavy doing that.
I looked out my window and saw a white old model SUV parked on the road in front of my house. Then I noticed a man in some type of city uniform leaving my front door. I got up and opened the door and I noticed a yellow flyer. The gentleman saw me and returned. I read it really quick. Then I said to him, ‘What, you all go around critiquing everybody’s yard’? The man said after chuckling, ‘City ordinance’. With some added memory of the ordinance he told me the grass had to be below some height. I said, ‘Okay’.
Notice I didn’t say anything to this ‘code enforcer’ that my lawnmower conked out on me as I was about to finish keeping my grass ‘aligned’ regularly under city requirements. And that’s my point!
I don’t necessarily have a couple hundred dollars lying around my house not designated for specific purposes. Who the fuck does! Democrats. I’m warning you. If you have to waste time on something waste time on the ‘reality’ I just stated. Red Communists? Really? I will lose my shit if I hear another Democrat spend more than a couple of lines answering those braindead scare tactics of scared shitless out of their minds Republicans!
Fuck ‘turnabout’ is fair play. Hammer your message of affordability home Democrats. I just gave you my real life experience as you see in the picture above this post. What do you tell people when those medical bills arrive in the mail 2 weeks after all the money is spent for the month?
Republicans don’t give a shit as they proved it by giving away your wages to the wealthy. What? You think taking Medicare and Medicaid dollars came from some ‘magic money’ rabbit at the end of the rainbow? Oh, I’m sorry. A troll? Americans. That money came from you! Republicans gave a part of the paycheck of every working soul in America to the wealthy. There is no such thing as magic fucking money!
Now I can’t afford new lawn equipment right now, so I have to use that little ‘mad money’ stash to pay somebody to bring my grass up to city standards. Yes. That money will not go towards new equipment, but hey. At least it’s keeping the economy going. Just not my economy. Huh? Maybe that’s why Donald J. Trump and the Republicans keep funneling money to the wealthy. The wealthy need the money more than I do to stay wealthy so I can stay worried about what else.
What other thing will break down that needs money? Money that I don’t have.
Man. What a racket!
