Declaration of Humanity 4.0…This founding statement is different. This one is being written in clarification of an ongoing threat of fear that ‘evil’ seems to offer more rewards than ‘good’ ever will, and more overtly the verbal Christians are flocking more openly to evils’ promise of fortune. While this trend is alarming I must counter with this fact. Evil has never gone out of season in America.
Good is more than a match for evil, but the righteousness of good can only be activated from a straight line. What is that straight line you ask? It is the center of every human beings’ known universe. If it is straight it is a ‘Heartline’. A heartline from the heart to the soul because when our heart stops our deeds will be called into account. The ‘JUDGE’ will know what you did and not what you meant to do…
ISSUE 19: The Lie Card Is Played Out

Once is enough isn’t it? Old lies aren’t new to me. I’ve seen all of them before. How do you know you’ve seen them all you ask? My definition of a ‘lie’ is, ‘statements made to surround the edges of the truth that look for the slightest doubt in the veracity of the individual holding to it’.
So, that is all it takes. Weakness of the individual to the truth. For instance, take Republican United States Congressman James Comer of my adopted state of Kentucky and his overblown opinion of himself. This person thinks he is smarter than everybody else. It is easy to seduce a man like that with the simplest of lies because he looks for confirmation of his own beliefs. Notice I said he’s not looking for the truth.
Now what happens with that is these sorts of people try to draw in established and respected worldwide government agencies like the United Stated Federal Bureau of Investigation to give him cover. Psst, come closer to me. I don’t want anyone to overhear me say this to you. The FBI gets tired of their name being dragged through the gutter. Guilty by association with delusional small minded elected Republican officials. So the FBI can fight back.
I must say in this example the FBI’s tactic is brilliant. By opening an investigation on paper, the FD-1023, the FBI insulates their agents from the validity of what’s on that form. When somebody requests it, say an elected Republican United States Senator or Congressman, they can righteously say no one in the ‘Bureau’ believes what’s on that ‘paper’. You get where I’m going with this?
The FBI then just sits back and watches whoever wants to make a fool of himself do it. I’m sure you noticed that no agent said or will say what’s on that paper they believed. Never! Now you see how you can get back at somebody for ‘badmouthing’ you over and over again. Now Rep. Comer and all those Republicans rightfully look and sound like idiots!
To Georgia and the Governor Brian Kemp. Nothing gets my dander up more than using the death of another citizen for cheap political points. The death of that jogger in Georgia should be handled with grace and respect always mindful of those that loved and cherished her. Blaming President Joe Biden for her death is beneath the Governor’s fake country boy accent and his eagerness to sully his own name and reputation by doing it.
I’m curious, since the Governor of Georgia blamed the President, why didn’t he do it in the pulpit of his evil church and tell his congregation to go out and lynch him? I mean that’s what he’s reminiscing about when he co-opted the tragedy of the jogger’s death isn’t it? Why not just say it Governor Kemp? Just do like in olden times and lynch him. Cut off his privates. Hang them on the doors of the church along with his hands and feet.
Every time these Republicans try to take America back to a time when nobody had any rights but old White men I will be right here opposing them.
Now I will speak on the topic of women’s rights. Do a Google search and look up ‘help meet’ chapter and verse in the Holy Bible. I recommend the text of the Authorized King James version. Women, when you subjugate yourselves to men, you are telling men to treat you as inferior in every way to men. Why do you not understand that?
There is nowhere in the Holy Bible that says you’re the property of men. Why do you believe, women, that you have to debase yourself in order for men to feel unintimidated? For men to retain a false sense of preeminence over you? Get that through your long hair!
So, here’s the deal. When you’re not equal your needs are invalid. Invalid then means that you’re useful to men only as men see you. I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. Women, you have brought about this ‘onslaught’ of oppression against you by setting aside your needs for the needs of men.
Let me tell you again of my life’s story. I grew up in the projects of Tom Browne village in the Avondale community of Birmingham, Alabama. My dad was the only human being that mattered in his household. Key word there, his ‘household’. Everything flowed through and about him. We got what was left over if any. We were all malnourished. We were all punished when we realized his treatment of us was not based in scripture. We all felt some kind of way about him and it certainly wasn’t appreciation.
Family means everybody gets to share in the good and the difficulties. One person doesn’t get to eat and everybody else just stares at him. I knew it wasn’t right as a child just as I know treating women and girls as inferior is not scripture based. Heh, young men think feminism reduces their power over women! I’ll give you a few guesses what fostered that mindset. Although, I only think you’ll need one. I’ll give you the wrong answer. It wasn’t Black men.
The ‘legacy media’ of NBC, CBS, ABC and now FOX can no longer spues lies and half-truths without a challenge anymore!
I’ll end this post with something I think Republicans are coming after women for shortly. All women will have to ‘attest’ to how many babies they’ve had. Where they are. How many by different men. How many miscarriages they’ve had and did they inform the police of when and where these miscarriages took place. Will they use surrogates or invitro fertilization to get pregnant. Will the police be monitoring their pregnancies to see if they carried them to term. All this information will be passed on to Republican elected officials from the local level to the Federal Government.
Don’t believe me? Let me say it again. These Republicans ain’t playing with ‘CHOO’!
The ones who hold the power tell the story. The quote went something like that. Make peace with that truth and let’s move on to how power can wreck a weak mind. When the King eats from the same soil and drinks from the same pond how then did humankind conclude that denying these basic truths could unify us all? How the realization of what power brings to those that possess it can influence human beings that are weak of spirit.
When their spirit is enticed to commit acts of evil when those in power that are evil hearted require it of them. The Creator gifted his diverse creation carefully. The care he intended has been perverted by one race intent on maintaining their power instead of sharing it as we share the land, water and the air. America is that experiment. May I say it has never reached its full potential because she (Motherly pronoun) has never loved all her children.
Issue 19: Self Determination Throughout the History of Earth
When World War I was concluded and the allies accepted ‘self-determination’ as probably the most important peace aim; it was United States President Woodrow Wilson that made it an essential part of his 14-point plan. This staunch commitment of course, not trying to gloss over the significance of it, led to the fracturing of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics into Baltic States. History is there for you to recount, so I’m not going to spend any more time on the decisions America’s leader at the time and leaders involved in the War rightfully executed.
This present day America, not all of us as some of us are though, are choosing to inflict mental suffering of the worse kind by forgetting history. Now I must be true to my name and reputation by presenting facts. Many folks ridiculed President Woodrow Wilson’s, but his consistency, his belief in self-determination you can say; laid the groundwork for the Baltic States of the old USSR to declare their independence! Even if it took them a few more decades to do so.
Now, in America, we still have majority rule, so tell me why the voices of those with pupils shining by the reflection of gold, would we allow them to bring us low. Yes, these people would sell us out to Russia if they got an extra pack of smokes in their lunch bucket. America’s society is rule based. I didn’t say America was perfect and no one can utter it truthfully. The right of ‘self-determination’ was championed by one of our Presidents for God sakes!
Now, I’m speaking to all citizens that possess the right to vote. Take a breath. Stop thinking only of your needs. Get back to the fundamentals that lay dormant in America for far too long. Sure, America has made incremental steps for truth and justice for 80 some odd years, but the apparatus of change has been started and unfortunately it is now idling. We will not go back to the righteous battles of the civil rights era fought against those who wished to prolong oppression.
So, when I see Donald Trump supporters displaying double-minded foolishness; it is clear to me that they believe they are not self-harming. A lie is a sin. Definition of sin as I understand it, ‘it is a doctrine of self-opposition in the face of behaving in truth, decency and order. It is also harmful to the mind and body as it infuses a destructive quality that is poisonous to spiritual and moral clarity’.
Read it for yourself in the Authorized King James version of the Holy Bible in James Chapter 1 verse 8. Unstable is the antonym of stable!
Now contrast what President Joe Biden is doing. President Biden maintains the principle of self-determination in honor of President Woodrow Wilson. President Biden said he would champion policies, laws, and principles that make America greater for everybody! Isn’t that what a family does? A family cares for each other. No one in the household hoards all the attention. All the best things. Every resource to solve one individual’s problem. That’s not a fair home nor will I allow America to become that selfish!
Be careful America. Listening to people who have 2 answers to your question depending on who they like or dislike are people that are unstable. Look, 2 plus 2 is 4 period.
I will be exploring History not just for the electoral season, but I will be injecting History into everything I write. America is a nation in flux. As a matter of fact, no nation should believe that she is complete and finished. Vote in every election citizens as this great experiment America is counting on you. Vote that she, America, champions laws, tenets, policies, beliefs, that are decent and in order for all of us.
Not just for one race, or the wealthy, or White Supremacists, or con artists, but for all of us.
Not one single race, creed, color, nationality or peoples have the right to be excused from what is right and what is wrong. Israel. Russia.
If I see my friend committing deeds and acts that will diminish his or her name I will never hesitate to tell them to their face, ‘you are wrong for that’.
When a person that is past the time where money orders every step that is a foolish person. What I mean is just because a person is rich or his money insulates him from the ‘winds of change’ that person is stupid.
If someone says they will not do business in New York again I would say, ‘Let me help you pack your things’.
Thoughts on the upcoming Presidential election. No matter how hard the ‘legacy media’ try to tie President Biden to Donald Trump. These two men are nowhere near alike.
Tell me something. President Biden rode a train to work every day. Why would a man do that and then suddenly take a bribe?
Why would President Biden think about serving others with laws and policies that clearly indicate that’s in the blood coursing through his veins?
Let me close this edition of out in black with this last point. Serving others isn’t a punishment. Letting someone in front of you for checkout because they have less is serving others. Allowing someone in traffic to cut in front of you is serving others.
If a friend calls you and wants to talk or vent you can listen, but you still have to stop them from destroying themselves when the conversation falls into madness.
Oh, one last thing. When everything looks dire, get up and do one more thing towards your goal. If it is just a story idea. If it is just getting your clothes ready for the next day. Preparing your lunch. Getting snacks ready for your family or yourself.
Sending out 10 to 25 email check in’s with your customers. Just one more thing when you are attacked or doubt tries to settle into bed with you. Yeah, push that doubt from under the covers onto the floor.
End you day with a short phrase of steadfastness.

Founding Statement: There comes a precious moment in time that all life drops the ignorance of superiority. When the ground realizes it needs the water to survive. The tree realizes it needs the ground to hold it in place. The air realizes it needs the tree to replenish the oxygen it desperately needs to create the weather patterns that climatizes the Earth. Responsibilities are intertwined because a living planet depends on every element to function according to its purpose.
Mammals pretend that they’re more sophisticated than any living breathing planet, and thus conclude that liberties can be taken with all three essential elements. The ignorance of mammals I’m afraid is a contradiction of their celebrated intelligence. Intelligence that informs mammals they aren’t required to be simple creatures that fulfill their purpose, but creatures that can take actions harmful to the elements that are dedicated to their stated purpose. Mammals believe such devotion constrains their freedom to live as they please.
This revelation and the antagonistic approach mammals have decided upon against the elements will be simplified in this digital periodical. All the talk of unity will be broken down into useful parts that will be easy to understand and implement. Know this my fellow mammals, all forms of life owe it to each other to care for one another. It’s just that mammals have enjoyed the echo chamber of approval from other mammals because the elements never raised their voice. We now know for certain the elements do have a voice, and they have registered their collective disapproval of the selfish nature of mammals…
Issue 15: When Protection is Harmful
The harvest is not where you should begin your schooling on where life begins. Let’s concede the given that the ‘Creator’ seeded his creation with what is good for life to flourish. Again my curiosity has gotten the best of me so come with me again on another time of discovery.
In the midst of vast fields of crops, each seed is still individually tasked with making it through each stage of growth. Why is that? Why not just have every seed joined together to prevent any one seed from failing in that objective? Because proof of life must be witnessed no matter where that life tends to journey after it is fully grown.
Now those that know my brand of philosophy, my faithful subscribers, know that for the sake of time it is understood that the ‘landwatchers’ or farmers as everyone says, has a critical role in supporting the life that is forcefully trying to become something greater. Yes, once the seed ‘dies’, meaning the shell that protected it, it must prove it has what it takes to seek out only what is necessary to sustain its life and grow. (By the way, ‘die’ means you are no longer what you were before. Hopefully what you wish to become will be better than what you were before.).
That state of being is inherently positive. Why? Because only life that is imbued with internal knowledge of what needs to happen can survive and grow. Now if a seed has sense enough to seek out that which is good for it. Why do human beings always falter in that endeavor?
From the Authorized King James version of the Holy Bible. Saint John 12:24…Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit… Amazing how such a tiny seed can become a tall single shank capable of feeding multiple people. What I’ve always wondered about is, ‘why does the seed have to die in order to ‘produce’ what is contained within it?
This is when it hit me. This is good. A seed cannot be suppressed or oppressed by the ground surrounding it! What is inside that seed will bloom no matter what. That means what a human being holds in his or her head, LGBTQ+, is untouchable by the evil that lurks to deny it the freedom to transform and grow. Let me say that again plainly. No evil can tell somebody to do the wrong thing. It is that individual’s choice to err from the way that is transformative!
Protecting a child from books is harmful. Protecting a child from knowledge is harmful. Protecting a child stymies their growth. By all means train up a child properly as it is age appropriate, but to withhold knowledge or limit exposure keeps that child in ‘past tense’. Remember this. ‘Present tense’ becomes ‘past tense’ and time always wins.
Listen to me. I know I’m whistling pass the graveyard thinking the ‘legacy’ media will ever stop trying to let old people and young people off the hook for following people that are making fools of them. Please stop. Let me give you my definition of ‘delusion’. A ‘delusion’ is merely a false belief a person allows to take root in their mind while foolishly believing that God put it there.
So, the next story the ‘legacy’ media puts on about so-called Christians or Christian Nationalists just know they are just as responsible for inflicting them on us as those so-called churches where they worship their false Gods. I wish all of them would go ahead and say who they worship. I’d have a lot more respect for them. I’d still have pity for their choice and their ultimate destination.
Here’s a little hint. Haters aren’t allowed in Heaven. Door number two is the only other door that’s free, and you could push a planet through it. Careful though, your ice cubes will melt.
There are women and men bestowed with the gift to answer the ultimate question. That question is ‘WHY’. They are charged with rendering an answer that can be understood by the most contrary element of our society. Those that foment, spread and traffic in hate. Our Brothers are in need of guidance and this journal will bring forth a multitude of remedies to address the male illness of unawareness. The answer to the ultimate unknowns of behavior and responsibility.
Those of us given this perception and understanding to interpret the unknown and apply the information to the known is the essence of our charge. Thereafter decode the messages for the people who oppose themselves. This decryption is then presented to the people as the explanation of events past, present and future so they may keep updated to the frenetic changes occurring today and those that will arrive soon.
Brothers, this journal is a call to all of you to obtain the knowledge that you lack in every part of your lives. As sons. As brothers. As fathers. As grandfathers. As uncles. As cousins. Ignorance will no longer be tolerated, encouraged or celebrated. As the ‘First Father’ has said in his Holy Bible “let everything be done decently and in order”. Honor and truth will not be perverted anymore. Why? Because as a Black Man I will impart all I have learned and gathered for over 56 years of life in America and around the world to the young coming behind me and my elders above me. Why? Things that now appear as they do will begin to appear as they should be according to what is right? Help me see to it as this mandate has been divinely ordered.
Issue 12: To Gild and Cover
This word ‘gild’ is an anomaly. Why do I say that? Here’s my explanation. For centuries I imagine that those that possessed the power, White Men, to say what is reality and truth, done so factually wrong that it became common practice. ‘The Gilded Age’? What a croc of shit. Now the ‘gilded’ that we are constantly pounded with by our ‘legacy’ media of ABC, CBS, NBC and the newspapers that peddle this crap is called ‘reiteration’. Basically saying a thing over and over again until the people believe it.
Take Donald Trump and his ilk ‘coming at’ District Attorney Fani Willis with specious lies. Their hope was that as we call it in the military, ‘shining shit’, so people wouldn’t notice the stench overwhelming their noses. That’s how America created a lot of this false superiority that still lingers across the land. ‘White Supremacists’ believe they are responsible for the ‘greatness’ they perceive in America’s reputation.
Never bother that Native Americans, Black people, Colored people, Asians, Italians, poor people built this nation literally with their ‘hides’! Think about that for a minute. Imagine the mental strength that had to summoned. Shared and cultivated toward goals that didn’t just cover life itself, but instilling this mental power down through the generations to ‘bring to bear’ against the hatred of ‘White Supremacists’ and come out of it with your decency and honor intact!
That is what those alleged ‘common criminals’ in ‘Jaw-Ja’ and elsewhere would never understand even in the midst of their big ‘whiff’ turning themselves around in a tumble face planting in sheer humiliation. They never had a chance in connecting with their swing. Whatever they were swinging at I do not know. Diversity, equity, and inclusion is the new bogeyman of White Supremacists. Does anyone else see it? Look at history people. All the attacks, lies, and weaponization of the ‘law’ against those ‘out of power’ never brought these White Supremacists total victory!
Even a blatant demonic creation of ‘qualified immunity’ would never give White Supremacists the ability to totally sweep evil across this great land of America! ‘Come at me Bro’. This is a call to the enemies of Black people and they are fighting words in our community. You come at Black people you’d better come ‘right’!
That display of ‘theater’ in that courtroom down in Georgia, ‘Jaw-Ja’, was pathetic. That’s what I’ve always seen in Black women from the time of my birth. Let me reveal some observations that White people that believe Black folks are stupid, not all White folks, would never see. When DA Fani Willis walked in that courtroom I felt the energy. I wasn’t even there and I had to touch something to dissipate the static electricity from my body.
I’m seen that walk too many times. If I was in the courtroom I know my breathing would begin to labor because she would be drawing twice the air in the room in her lungs. I’ve enhanced my thoughts to literally see others thoughts by looking at her intensely hone and command her knowledge and thoughts to grab and imprison every word out of those defense lawyers mouths. The lies she knew were coming she destroyed. The insults she knew meant nothing the DA parried away like a samurai swordsman slicing through an inferior opponent.
Shit man, I wasn’t in the courtroom and I was intimidated. The kind of ‘intimidation’ I mean is the kind that you know ‘you’re the one in the wrong and your playbook is filled with trick plays that fools no one’. See, White Supremacists believe that a ‘false’ way of life established long ago when power rested in their bosom was eternal. See, no race was given dominion over another race. Let me say that again. ‘No race was given dominion over another race’. If you read the Holy Bible so-called Christians, human beings were given dominion over God’s creation. His Earth.
So, all this fighting about what race is superior or inferior is ‘specious’ to the point of nauseating. To conclude this ‘glided’ nonsense would take its’ origin back to that creation by the ones who held the power at the time to make the rules. White Supremacist set up many lies that they now know are being revealed and they are getting nervous. Nervous because these lies of ‘shit shining’ is making the people sick and they’re tired of the smell.
So, know this about God’s diverse creation and I’m talking about Black women in particular as I see it being a Black man. Again ‘HELP’ meet, means an equal partner capable of matching the efforts of a man. Those ‘efforts’ come in varying forms beyond simple physical strength idiots!
Trust me, I wouldn’t be the strong willed Black man harvesting the ‘gifts’ I’ve been given if it weren’t for many strong and resilient Black women. So when you come at Black women who’ve honed their mental abilities; don’t be surprised that every blow, every attack. Every part of their armor that you search for a weak point. Know that it is expertly defended. Just think again before you ‘go at them’ home boy and home girl. Okay, think again!
‘Specious’? That attack by the lawyers representing Donald Trump and his ilk wasn’t worth the ‘time of day’. Yeah, I know. Older Black folk know that saying. I’ve even dismissed a lot of riff raff with it.
So, just to be clear. The questioning of DA Fani Willis wasn’t ‘plausible’ because there was nothing there to benefit a prosecuting attorney. ‘Superficial’ it was abundantly evident. How you come at a District Attorney with an allegation that a State of ‘Jaw-Ja’ employee is benefitting from another State of ‘Jaw-Ja’ employee? That’s the bombshell evidence that there is a conflict of interest? Are you serious?
Americans, do you see why they think you all are stupid? Republicans will keep running their White Supremacist playbook until you stop giving them a platform to spew it from. Vote for the people that actually believe you know what is good for you. How do you know that Democrats will abide by the results?
Recent history has shown you. I mean just that. Recent history.
This biweekly newsletter will seek to explain the pain and suffering mainly people of color endure through no fault of their own. The dehumanizing excuses our people always seem to elicit from people in power that make our Christian Brothers and Sisters accept their reasoning as if it was uttered by the Almighty. Lastly what I see with my own eyes begs the question from my conscience. “Are we loving or can we really love our neighbor as ourselves”.

I told you before, that’s the same lame ass game they are trying to run against President Joe Biden. All those clowns running from their choice to engage in criminal behavior with Donald Trump; they’re trying their best to deflect and detract from their own stupidity.
Here’s a little advice to anyone thinking of committing a crime because you think someone will protect you. You go to jail because you do something. Don’t go to jail claiming ignorance of the law. You played yourself!
Anyway, take note and do what DA Fani Willis is doing right now at 16:09 on Thursday February 15, 2024. Come for me you better have your sights lined up and you’re a dead shot. If not just take it like a man!

Article 9: What’s That Saying About Envy?
Ah, green with envy. Envy over the praise and admiration heaped upon others that have done the work to earn the praise they get. Here’s my take on that so-called Special Counsel Robert Hur. Mr. Hur strikes me as a man that on paper was listed as the third string back up to the ‘practice dummy’ because the water boy position was filled.
This Special Counsel, Mr. Hur, by the nature and tone of the ‘report’ he submitted allowed us a glimpse into his mind. Not the mind of President Joe Biden. Mr. Hur displays his own shortcomings. Mr. Hur is a man abounding in notoriety with a misbelief that it casts a positive shadow upon his life. Why else would a man activate an unimaginative and impotent attempt to find fault with a great man like President Joe Biden.
I believe Mr. Hur knows that President Joe Biden’s unleashed an economic firestorm that hasn’t even begun to fully blossom over the fortunes of America’s foreseeable future. The Chips and Science Act will insulate our Defense Industry from dependence on critical components for our national protection. Infrastructure will guarantee our survival from extinction spanning natural to manmade disasters. President Joe Biden has done more than champion causes for the greater good. President Joe Biden has shown, not just with words, but with his acts he believes in America and fights to give her everything she needs to win on every level. No matter what!
What has this little man so-called Special Counsel Robert Hur done with his life that compares to the kind of life President Joe Biden has lived? Tell me something Mr. Hur has done that has helped Americans on a grand scale? The floor is open to anybody with anything to say. So, that’s how I was taught in the Black community to respond to somebody talking out-of-turn. Oh, by the way, when somebody starts talking about your looks, or laughing at your clothes, makeup or how you talk, that’s a ‘tell’. A ‘tell’ that means what you’ve accomplished in life has them boiling mad because they couldn’t do it in a million years.
Just telling you how we handle somebody acting like they ‘one upped’ you with that weak ass game they running.
Episode Three: A Hard Man or a Man Fit to Endure Hardness?
Prologue:
(Dashurai has a few weeks under his belt now. Man he would like to. He is pushing to know more. Dashurai knows that what he doesn’t know is waiting for him in the new territories. ‘SHOSHONE’ lands I heard haven’t even been plotted he remembered overhearing the White men speak about. Dashurai knows he is just as much a dreamer and future thief because he wants a piece of this land for himself. A land in which he didn’t have a choice to journey to, but he is here now and that’s it.
Dashurai is more careful now to catch his tendency to daydream about that future that he wants. He recalls a memory from his mother in those waking moments. A vision that his mother is running towards him with a look of disappointment on her face. Dashurai laughs to himself as he knows what this vision means because it seems to be a recurring event. An open handed slap that he knows will land across the left side of his head and face will knock him back to the moment. Dashurai says to himself every time this happens, ‘Thank you Ma’Rai’.
Enduring the times means not just living in them, but turning them to what they could be as the life you want for yourself. The Gods know Dashurai misses his mother. Her council kept at bay all the evil that swooped, swirled, dived down from the sky and up from the dark. Dashurai is responsible now. Dashurai, he says to himself, ‘must be strong of mind to scare off those forces of evil and despair.
Dashurai will always face this battle. This battle for his soul knowing he must win it. His thoughts begin to turn to helping others with their fears and uncertainty. ‘I know I am strongest now’, Dashurai says. I will help those who need help until they can fend for themselves as my Ma’Rai admonished me.
The truth Dashurai tells himself now is this, ‘there will not come a day of relief of that burden for me’. All those long days as a child before fortune found him. Before Ma Rai said ‘You will have a glorious life John’. ‘That is how it should be’, he says, ‘because strength of will must be used because strength itself has decided on him’. Time now to locate that trail. Time to endure on.).
Dashurai: (The wagon train has reached the edge of SHOSHONE territory. The first town, in the middle of this land grab, is perhaps a few days ride still. Let’s get on with it.). I’ve got to meet with the men to gather their thoughts on who is going to go further than the town we should hit in the coming days. (Dashurai is standing behind some trees discussing what are the next steps with Cleavur and Lissqui.).
Cleavur: Dashurai (John) I know your men are uncertain about what comes after this wagon train.
Dashurai: Wait, all ‘my’ men exist in a world that will never if that day ever comes, treat them like equal men. Are you telling me you don’t know what kind of ‘men’ I’m driving on this little trip?
Cleavur: None of them are truly free men. Don’t you know that?
Lissqui: Cleavur, we started this journey looking for different days than all those same days we’ve been living for over 2 decades now. You are the one that said we ‘need’ a change. Something that opens us up to testing our skills beyond what you and I think of each other. Cleavur, didn’t you say that testing our ‘wits’ only in our circle won’t prove anything until the circle is broken.
Cleavur: I know that!
Lissqui: No, that is all it is. Shit kicking it on a plantation with slaves who may I say won’t be slaves forever. Don’t look so shocked Cleavur. Even you remember all the stories we had to sit through from our father about Moses in the Bible. Our father was as stupid as all the rest of those dumbass bastards visiting him smelling like stale booze and week old outhouse.
Cleavur: My sister. Always talking out of turn. I must say your ‘mouth’ is cutting.
Lissqui: What? You think your little sister trusts her brother with her life? You really believe anybody associated with slavery is trustworthy to me? My future? I suggest you start thinking a little bit quicker and stop saying you already have because you sound stupid.
Dashurai: She’s right Cleavur. We all made a pact to receive counsel from each other. It seems Lissqui is keeping up with us step for step, and might even be running pass one of us in the ‘thanking’ area.
Cleavur: Oh, so I need to take a look around and realize where I am right? Maybe I’ve been talking to Mr. Vaterborne a little too much. His air of superiority seems to have my clothes smelling like stale booze and week old outhouse. Let alone the ease to which he’s had the run of things.
Dashurai: You’re thinking better just that quickly I see. Remember what you said Cleavur. You said, ‘We’re not riding out to a new life looking across at country bumpkins’. Isn’t that what you said?
Cleavur: Yes I did.
Dashurai: C’mon then man, do I need to look after you?
Cleavur: No. No. You two have the point now. I got to be alert when I’m not pulling my weight. Let the one who has a better handle on the situation in front of us take the lead. I know that. I got it. Apologies.
Lissqui: Step it up brother. We are all we have. Are you with us now?
Cleavur: Yes, I am with you now.
Dashurai: Okay, I’m going to meet with the other colored men and figure out who is going farther beyond the first town if a lot of the southerners decide to put down roots there. I’ll let you both know how many.
Lissqui: Good Dash, I’ll figure out what’s there in this town when we get to it. From what troubles they have with the Natives, good and bad, and what that means to supplies and riders coming through.
Cleavur: While you do that I’ll figure out if the wealthy with money are going to stay or keep traveling westward. If some do I’ll let you both know so we can decide to stay put or move on with them.
Dashurai: I think we have a plan.

(Dashurai is meeting with the colored security to gauge what their plans are. Would they stay in this town or move on with the wagon train. Dashurai knows he needs to open a new frontier. A new frontier out West and also a frontier of his choosing now that he knows he will have to fight, literally and figuratively, for his freedom to remain his. Ahuudo has proven himself worthy of his help. Dashurai knows what helping another former slave in these cruel times means. ‘FOE WITH RIGHT’, that phrase he will use the rest of his days keeps his feet solidly on the ground. Ma’Rai told this to her son to speak. Speak a phrase that will swiftly get your head back on straight when you feel yourself being pulled into the world of the slave masters.
Ma’Rai said, ‘Don’t just do something because somebody has done it to you. Believe in what’s right, or you will be subject to the same judgment as them’. Dashurai has seen what slave masters do to their ‘property’ and he wonders when will this judgment come that his mother so softly spoke about. Dashurai falls into a space and time he remembers as ‘a time of imagination’. The stories his mother told him are what holds him in a captive audience. Stories that took his mind off the horrors happening in a country that said it was native after ‘God’s own heart’. Surely, this was as true as a slave master paying wagers or treating his slaves with dignity.
Dashurai remembers the stories word for word from his mother. Maybe Ahuudo will be able to save his woman, or maybe he will go back there and find her dead or worse sold to another slave master. Dashurai doesn’t have much hope in the first thought being true, but he does hope Ahuudo finds his woman wherever she is. ‘Don’t doubt ‘First Father’ John (Dashurai)’, his mother would say repeatedly. You must always believe in joy being alive in someone. When you find it just try to keep it alive, even if you never have joy for yourself.
Dashurai says, my Ma’Rai, never one to doubt her ‘First Father’.)
Ahuudo: Dashurai, is this the end of our job?
Dashurai: I don’t know if it’s the end for all the settlers. Maybe some will continue on West as far as they can. I heard there is a sea out there where the land ends too.
Ahuudo: Well, where there’s water there will be people or settlers as you say. This is as far as I can ride with you brother.
Dashurai: (Dashurai is stunned at the sound of that word directed towards him. He isn’t sure if he’s ready to call Ahuudo brother, but he is certain about helping him get his woman.). You have supported me like a brother Ahuudo and I thank you for that. Listen, I know your heart is clear on what you must do in short order, but let’s stay with the wagon train until we reach the town ahead, then I’ll take leave of my arrangement with Mr. Cleavur and Ms. Lissqui and help you get your woman.
Ahuudo: You want to help me do that. Why?
Dashurai: You had colored people you didn’t know help you stay alive I’m sure. What I can tell that a strong will comes at people when they’re around you, so I know you never took much if any mess from the White man.
Ahuudo: That you are right about.
Dashurai: (Now those skills are coming into play.). I got it brother. My reasons for helping you are the same, but I don’t go on posse rides. We are not the law. My help comes with conditions.
Ahuudo: What are conditions?
Dashurai: One condition is I don’t go anywhere to die, so if you’re just looking to go back there swinging at anybody that gets in your way I’m telling you now you don’t need my help.
Ahuudo: That sounds like what I had in mind. I want to hear more of your conditions.
Dashurai: (Stunned again by Ahuudo’s relaxing anger Dashurai continues his conditions.). In order to ‘get’ your woman back in one piece we need to know the people we might face when we locate her. Meaning how many hired hands this slave master his in his employ. When we know that we can create a strategy to get her out of there.
Ahuudo: You want to know where I last seen her and what is the slave master like?
Dashurai: Right. Then we can see if the two of us will be enough, or do we need to hire more help to get your woman back.
Ahuudo: I can tell you what I know.
Dashurai: Good, I’ll write it down then.
Ahuudo: You can write?
Dashurai: I can and I will teach you and whoever else wants to learn. I mean if they come with us when we go back to get her.
Ahuudo: Much I will owe you. Much that I cannot repay Dashurai.
Dashurai: I don’t like hearing you say that. Owing me money. I swore an oath. I made a promise to Ma’Rai. She told me this. ‘When you find joy in the heart of someone. Someone that loves and is loved. Just do your best to keep it alive’. I’ve earned money and will always earn money, but I don’t need money sometimes. Sometimes I need to be around joy and happiness. I need to see it for myself to know it is still in this world.
Ahuudo: Thank you brother.

(It is decided that Dashurai, Ahuudo, Cleavur and 8 of the colored men will travel back down South to help with this task. Dashurai has learned the name by which Ahuudo calls his woman. ‘Syghi’ pronounced ‘Sigh Gee’. What does it means Dashurai asks Ahuudo? It means to be blessed by the presence of her soulful beauty.
That is a good name to be called upon to read stories to children. I wonder does Ahuudo plan to have children. Well it’s none of my business if they want to have children. In any case a lot happened when they reached the town of ‘Stakeville’. I guess that was a play on words that meant to be a joke to the natives. Not a very funny one Dashurai thinks when you consider this is a continual trend. Stealing land by law and deception must be a way of life for this new country.).
Cleavur: (During a planned stop before crossing into the deep South. Cleavur and Dashurai discuss their plan with Ahuudo and the 8 other colored men that decided to come along on this little ‘rescue’ quest.). Ahuudo, I’ve got to have solid information on who this plantation owner is before I approach him offering to buy some of his slaves.
Ahuudo: He is your typical slave owner. Most think they’re right by White. He the White man. He makes the rules. Therefore as the White man rules everyone else obeys. That’s it. I wish I could offer a more clear picture for you.
Dashurai: (Dashurai is pleased for Ahuudo. Ahuudo is a quick learner which tracks what Dashurai always thought. Colored folks are just as smart as anybody else.). Good Ahuudo. We can use that. We can play to this White man’s ego.
Ahuudo: What happens when he says no?
Dashurai: Be ready to act, but act in a smart way. Don’t just look to kill or maim. A tool that could be just as effective is putting the fear of getting hurt or killed in a ‘master’s head’. (Dashurai sees the look of confusion on Ahuudo so he explains what he means by putting the fear of God in someone’s head). Scary moments are there for us to use too Ahuudo.
Ahuudo: Oh, I think I’m beginning to understand. Like when they threaten us with the whip or the gun. Whatever they can use to ‘harm’ us you say?
Dashurai: Right. In order for us to turn the fortunes to our favor we got to take some things back from them they’ve always had.
Ahuudo: What’s that?
Dashurai: Their absolute power of life and death over our lives. Think on it if you must, but now is not the time to waste on what was taken or lost. We got to narrowly focus on the simple task before us. We focus on getting Syghi back by price first. If that doesn’t sway Mr., what is the name of the slave master?
Ahuudo: Joseph Sceaturnds. I think he says it this way. ‘Sea’turns’, like the water moved to brings waves of fortune to the steps of his plantation. Yeah, that look, he fashions himself to be a religious man.
Dashurai: Good, good. We can use that. Look bro, this might be destined to get violent and messy, but I need you to keep your cool in the middle of it. I mean. Don’t get too emotional until after it’s over. Do you understand what I’m trying to say?
Ahuudo: Yeah, don’t have eyes in the bedroom until the ‘front porch’ is built.
Dashurai: What? Where did that saying come from?
Ahuudo: It came from Ja’Nee. My mother, she said it. She told me, repeatedly, ‘Before you can have a home, you got to know where you will stand when looking out at the world’. I just made it simple. The ‘Front Porch’.
Dashurai: It is true then. ‘A man has to know on what ground he will stand, good or bad, so when the rain comes the water doesn’t wash him away along with the rest of the dirt’.
Ahuudo: Ah, dirt. I know ‘dirty’ is what we are about to get.
Epilogue:
(Dashurai, Cleavur, and Ahuudo are shaping up to be quite a posse. Well the Gods know that any posse has to have a leader and a follower or two. This group of freed or former slaves with the help of a White ‘Devil’, just a saying, will know what real consequence and choices come with bucking the system.
Ahuudo is aware of the trouble he has chosen. He is not shaken by the consequences that will follow, but he hopes his woman, Syghi, will come the distance with him. What then? Ahuudo asks himself this question again and again. What will we go to or have from here? We don’t have a home of any kind. We don’t know of the ways of life beyond going out and scrapping for a money off the sweat of our brow.
How will we make a life for ourselves? All we know how to do is get out there in the field and work all the day long. Maybe, Ahuudo pauses his thoughts for a long moment, just maybe that will be enough to get us to the other side.
Founding Statement: There comes a precious moment in time that all life drops the ignorance of superiority. When the ground realizes it needs the water to survive. The tree realizes it needs the ground to hold it in place. The air realizes it needs the tree to replenish the oxygen it desperately needs to create the weather patterns that climatizes the Earth. Responsibilities are intertwined because a living planet depends on every element to function according to its purpose.
Mammals pretend that they’re more sophisticated than any living breathing planet, and thus conclude that liberties can be taken with all three essential elements. The ignorance of mammals I’m afraid is a contradiction of their celebrated intelligence. Intelligence that informs mammals they aren’t required to be simple creatures that fulfill their purpose, but creatures that can take actions harmful to the elements that are dedicated to their stated purpose. Mammals believe such devotion constrains their freedom to live as they please.
This revelation and the antagonistic approach mammals have decided upon against the elements will be simplified in this digital periodical. All the talk of unity will be broken down into useful parts that will be easy to understand and implement. Know this my fellow mammals, all forms of life owe it to each other to care for one another. Issue 14: Resist the Call of Nothing
It is a peculiar people that can throw massive amounts of ignorance and claim it is for the greater good. It has to be clarified and then articulated to an audience that sometimes forgets the discussion matters because decisions are coming as soon as the debate concludes. Methods are important. Why? Methods are a means to uncover evidence of destructive plots. Evidence must be present to discern intentions. Something cannot be called good or evil if evidence to the such either way is not present.
For instance, recently there are many voices alluding to the notion that America would serve an evil man. All of you know how I feel about the legacy media of ABC, CBS and NBC. NBC just came out with a poll of their own stating that America just loved what Donald Trump did as President and desperately wants him back. Evidence. That’s why methods matter. Methods give you avenues of approach to fight injustice and frankly outright lies!
Nothing (indifference to moving in the right direction for the good of all) is and has always been a dangerous approach to confronting matters that threaten the conscience of a people. I’ll explain myself. When I joined the United States Army at age 17 with the blessing of my mother; I didn’t understand the awesome design of ‘standing in the breach’. Imagine a lone soldier left standing bracing himself or herself for the impact, the crashing of forces purposely bent on destroying a nation. Wind sweeping about challenging the clear vision of the eyes.
The soldier in battle stance prepared to parry deadly blows with fierce counter strikes valiantly believing in the virtues of the nation that chose him or her to defend it. Here’s what I’ve concluded about what my service meant to my country. All of us who have served in whatever capacity for America bought her each ‘day’ of her life. Military families and government officials have chosen ‘sacrifice’ over the joy of spending precious time with the people they love. That’s why the ‘brotherhood’ and the ‘sisterhood’ of arms becomes our extended family.
So when I hear or see a blatant attempt to influence the Presidential election with lies with wisdom and methods must I lead my approach in response. If I don’t, then truth cannot calmly and softly drown out those lies. President Joe Biden with the record he’s amassed to set off this economic boom is there in empirical data! When you put it up against with what Donald Trump did in office there isn’t a competition about whose numbers are better. Period!
When I see the attempts by the legacy media to sway the American voting public with a reality that never existed, I must use proven methods to tell the truth. Don’t fall for the ‘rope a dope’. The ‘I – ite’. The ‘Flip the script’ all for a twisted agenda to keep poor people oppressed and America constantly in a doom loop.
What did I tell you about wages and oppression? Wages went up and the economy went up as well under President Joe Biden didn’t it? Don’t buy the evil from these so-called Christians telling you to stay poor in order for the rich man to stay wealthy. I still can’t believe Americans bought that ‘crap’ for decades. Malachi 3:5 has said it for centuries!
Americans of good conscience please stay engaged in the political process. Don’t fall for the ‘bait and switch’ of reality with a fantasy. We all saw what Donald Trump did with our own eyes. First things first is we must wrestle this false superiority of knowing what is mental health away from the general conversation about it. Five years of Mental and Behavioral Healthcare experience has allowed me to uncover many expert opinions about it, and all such opinions deriving from seemingly enlightened patients. Granted some self-care explanations were on track, but being close to the answers cannot be the standard.
Therefore the philosophical nature of mass expertise is counterproductive and harmful to societies understandings about mental health in general. What then can psychological professionals do to dampen such a kaleidoscope of untrained sufferers diagnosing complicated mental disorders? My suggestion would be to produce a weekly periodical. A digital application on a smart phone with current news in the field. Produced along with a bevy of relatable leaders in the field cast on a short 30 minute weekly video. These non-stoic professionals will raise mental healthcare to the same respectable level as physical healthcare.
Many changes have led mental health to being reconsidered as a crucial opposite to the same coin of physical healthcare. More promotion is required if mental health is to achieve the position of equality it deserves for the benefit of humanity.
Issue 5: Injuries Beneath the Skin
The surface layer is what everyone sees. On the surface there are some among us that can ascertain the level of damage or damages afflicting a person before a word is spoken. Although most people that may be able to do that are understood to have a prior relationship with the person in mental anguish. Highly skilled individuals, untrained or trained, can validate, assess mental distress thresholds, and call upon solutions or prescribe psychological reparative techniques to stem temporarily the onslaught of pain until a more detailed diagnosis can be made and performed.
There is something simple I’ve been doing to myself for many years and I’ve just come to realize the destructive effects of this thought pattern of mine to judge the life around me. I questioned myself, you can say harshly in the commissary one day as I was browsing the produce isle. Why was I looking for the imperfections on or in the fruit I would purchase to eat? Then it hit me. A cascade of why, over many decades, was I searching for imperfections in people, places and things?
Before you draw conclusions of agreement let me elaborate why this thought process I believe has been sabotaging my life for many years. It wasn’t the fruit, the things or the people I’ve met and had relationships. It was a mindset formed by influence and more importantly buy in from me. It is the thought of having less ‘flaws’ than others which would make me more acceptable to others and by deduction to myself.
Some examples that were a rapid fire of ‘flaws’ about me that others gleefully pointed out. They said I had a water head. They said my teeth were crooked. They said I was skinny. They said I talked ‘White’. They said I was poor. I won’t go on because you get the point. This constant process of judgment did take a toll on me as I obviously had to expend mental energy to combat it to reach any positive outcome in my day to day life.
What I didn’t realize was it was penetrating my body. Beneath the layer of my mind, my skin, it was laying mines (metaphorical mines) that would allow ‘anyone’ in the world that touched them to set them off, in my mind! I’m not going to go too in-depth because you get the picture. For a long time I walked the Earth like that until I realized that sort of thinking was corrupting my own judgment of the world. The people, places and things granted by the creator to enjoy. So, through a process known as ‘re-editing’ or scene editing I changed my thinking.
As I started to put one of the apples back a realization hit me. Why must the apple be perfect? Why? What about that perceived imperfection tells me it will not be beneficial to the body? The stupidity of those thoughts and beliefs just caused a cascade of improper exclusionary motivations to suddenly be ejected from my mind.
Watch what your mind seeks to contain (hold in reserve). I finally had my answers. I began to identify what negative judgments I had, and the ‘ground’ they covered. Where they sprouted to a harvest of ignorance in me, and I began to separate the ‘wheat’ from the ‘tares’. For those that do not know ‘tares’ are ‘weeds’ growing between the goodness about you. Of a truth, for this post I am claiming good ground upon which others sowed their ‘tares’ on me. I’m also concluding that all of us start on ‘good’ ground until we are sprinkled upon with the ‘seeds’ the world has to offer. We do, and I repeat we do, get to determine what is good for us. Don’t get it twisted. It is ultimately what you want in your life that matters.
Spiritually, I stress is the intent of the paragraph above.
Now to our hands on exercise. Let me ask you something. Do you know the feeling of being pulled down? Do you know the feeling of being lifted up? Can you tell the difference between those two sensations?
I’m going to get political about the Presidential race. Is there really a confusion about which of these two men are offering to help us up or pull us down?
Donald Trump is offering to steal, kill, and destroy. Donald Trump hates women. Donald Trump hates immigrants as he has called them rapists. Donald Trump hates Muslims. The tax breaks Donald Trump gave went to the rich. Donald Trump himself said he ended abortion healthcare in America.
President Joe Biden has cancelled student loan debt for a lot of people. President Joe Biden has fought for higher wages even walking a picket line. President Joe Biden has went all in on America with manufacturing. President Joe Biden has reinvigorated our Chips and Science Industry. President Joe Biden has passed infrastructure. President Joe Biden got us out of Afghanistan. President Joe Biden has lowered the cost of some prescription drugs.
There is no confusion about which of these two men are offering good things or evil things. People, go back to your roots. What happened to anybody can talk a good game? It matters what you do when you’re on the field and the clock has started. Did you prepare ahead of the game or you just playing by the seat of your pants?
We know who will win on the field of play between those two opponents? President Joe Biden because he came prepared to play on the field. I don’t give a crap if President Joe Biden was 900 years old. Look at the results! Don’t let somebody fool you again.
Ask the Republicans what do they have to offer to keep this ‘boom’ time going? I think you know what they’ll say. Tax cuts for the rich. Lowering wages for the middle class because they think you don’t deserve what you’ve worked hard for (I’ll seen for nearly 41 years people work until they almost drop dead on the job, and the job still want them to come to work the next day)!
‘Do it, then talk’. I guess President Joe Biden isn’t much of a talker. I guess we got to talk for him because he’s done what he said he would do. Give me ‘old man’ President Joe Biden any day over these clowns trying to just say he’s old like Nikki Haley does all the time. Say the rest too. Say what he’s done then tell us you can do it too.
Psst, come closer. Nikki Haley couldn’t do what President Joe Biden has done if God himself gave her the wisdom and the know how in ‘Cliff Notes’.
