Oftentimes it takes contemplating how Black folks lives have been defined for us throughout all times by people who were not Black. This truth cannot be denied no more than I can change the color of my skin nor allow myself to be categorized and lessened. Therefore, I must take this journey of discovery as all my valiant and resilient ancestors have sojourned in a world where false judgments were presented as the standard of righteousness. Righteousness added to humility with the grace of God may be the answer.
VOLUME 12: ‘We See Not Our Signs’
Well look upward to Heaven then. No? Still can’t see anything? Right you are! Let it go people. There are no signs or wonders in the ‘heavens’ anymore. God is not going to come down and bring back the ‘olden’ days where he holds our hand through every rough ‘spot’ we find ourselves. Correction. Every ‘shitty’ predicament we find ourselves through our own fault in putting a buffoonish man in Donald J. Trump back into the White House.
Did we not anticipate what he would do? Did we forget how he acted when he was President the first time? I watched and followed some serious concerns raised at the Pentagon about military readiness. C’mon man. It’s not a military secret or any kind of secret that you can hold. Common sense will tell you that everything built by man needs maintenance. Let’s stay there a minute. Take a car for instance. The oil needs to be changed every 6000 miles. Tires are useless after 60,000 miles. Routine maintenance on certain systems of the car come due after a couple of years or sooner.
Here it is again. Americans actually believing they are smarter than everybody in the world. Iranians have dentists that clean teeth on a regular basis as well my ‘very big brain’ Americans. I was deployed in Iraq in 2003. Trust me. Their teeth looked better than mine. Now don’t get me wrong. I don’t feel sorry for nobody at the Pentagon subject to the unqualified leadership of Pete Hegseth. Yeah. You guessed it. I believe the majority of them voted for Donald J. Trump for crying out loud!
‘We see not our signs’. I’m going to tell you like I used to tell my soldiers in garrison training to deploy. Quit crying! You voted for the Republicans and Donald J. Trump. Until the November 3rd, 2026 elections there is nothing the Democrats realistically can do to change your ‘you brought that on yourself’ predicament.
Or vote Republicans to stay in office. I mean. Do what you want. Just don’t keep crying those crocodile tears Americans because it’s becoming an annoyance. Again. You’ll have your chance to do something to change the stupidity. The corruption. The celebrated ‘DEI Idiots’ the Legacy Media has been pumping up for years in these White male Conservative White Supremacist Republicans.
Now the ‘Legacy Media’ can’t hide all the crap they helped dump on every American’s head. Look. I didn’t want to use this analogy, but it is relevant that I finally unbox it and throw it out there.
Affordability, corruption, and the wealthy getting richer is the whole ball game. Americans ‘can’ afford to shop in only one store. The grocery store that sells you out of date imported black and blue meat. Rotting darkened fruit and vegetables that have more flies on them than color. Lastly milk and eggs that are way past the ‘make me sick if I drink or eat them’ date.
Think Donald J. Trump or the Republicans care if you buy and eat bad and contaminated food and get sick and need a doctor? Then you’re a true believer in make-believe world. And I will say it again.
‘The truth lies in the world of make-believe’.
