Declaration of Humanity 4.0…This founding statement is different.  This one is being written in clarification of an ongoing threat of fear that ‘evil’ seems to offer more rewards than ‘good’ ever will, and more overtly the verbal Christians are flocking more openly to evils’ promise of fortune.  While this trend is alarming I must counter with this fact.  Evil has never gone out of season in America. 

Good is more than a match for evil, but the righteousness of good can only be activated from a straight line.  What is that straight line you ask?  It is the center of every human beings’ known universe.  If it is straight it is a ‘Heartline’.  A heartline from the heart to the soul because when our heart stops our deeds will be called into account.  The ‘JUDGE’ will know what you did and not what you meant to do…

ISSUE 29:  Forsake or Fulfill?  What Say You?

That is what a human being looks like.  If someone is your friend that is how you show it.  Former Vice President Kamala Harris showed her love for former President Joe Biden.  She wished him well and a spiritual recovery as we know the spirit is willing and the flesh is weak.  That is how you show loyalty.  Former Vice President Kamala Harris has again displayed the humanity we all should ascend to reaching when it comes to people we care about.  Her love and affection for Former President Biden didn’t come after consulting with advisors.  It flowed naturally as it should when you truly love someone.

I have another memory of a fond time serving in the military.  Me and my soldiers were bringing our lunch trays to our table in the mess hall of a foreign redeployment waypoint.  It doesn’t matter which one although I will reveal it was in a former Russian aligned country.  As we were all sitting getting ready to eat, one of my soldiers spilled his food on the floor.  When he did it he angrily jerked the tray forward spilling the rest as well.

The rest of my soldiers said to me, ‘Hey SGT Moseley, everybody’s looking, you better do something’.  I said, ‘Hey now, he is your friend too, why can’t you all handle it?’  My soldiers treated their comrade with understanding and respect.  They helped him pick up the spilled food and he went and got another tray.  I won’t discuss or reveal why the specialist was in distress as it was a private matter which the soldiers gave him counsel.

This is my reasoning for handling it that way.  It wasn’t that I was considered the ‘old man’ in fact I was the ‘old man’ looking over my soldiers like a stern, but teaching and guiding father.  That is why I called my time in the military ‘some of the best times in my life’.  A lot of my soldiers stayed in the Army and advanced in rank to the point where they blew pass my last title.  I knew they would.  They had unrefined explosive energy.  Yes I chose the word ‘explosive’ purposefully because that correctly defined all that power coursing through their bodies.  I was there to help them corral and direct that energy to measurable ends. 

All my soldiers have done well for themselves.  Those that stayed in the Army and those that got out of the Army to pursue the ‘callings’ of their own destinies.  I would never ‘FORSAKE’ my soldiers!  I ‘FULFILLED’ the duties and responsibilities of my station in the military.  More importantly though, I fulfilled my calling to watch over those left to my charge.

What does that mean you say?  Well, how can I explain it in as few words as possible.  My Army career was aided by senior NCO’s who employed every trick in the book to get me motivated.  For example, one SFC challenged me when he saw my hesitation to go to PLDC as it was called then.  He said, ‘Ah, he don’t want to go, he’s not ready’.  Of course it worked as I couldn’t resist proving someone wrong when they questioned my desire to succeed.  I went to PLDC on short notice.  I’m talking like less than a week to get my shit together and go.

I fiercely defended my soldiers.  For example, one of my female soldiers was accused of disrespecting a SGT.  My soldier was in distress.  I told her, ‘lets’ hold off on going to our 1SGT and go talk to this SGT’.  We went and I mediated the dispute between them two.  I pulled the female SGT to the side and told her that she wanted to draw in our 1SGT.  I proposed a solution.  I said, ‘what if my soldier apologized to you.  Would you accept that and close this misunderstanding’?  The female SGT agreed and the matter was settled.  My soldier was happy as I was also.  I taught a lesson and my soldier learned one.  You all figure out what lesson.

My soldiers were wrong in both instances, but I still handled the matters in ways that allowed them to retain their dignity while understanding that I expected ‘better’ from them. 

Now I will explain the difference in what we have now as President Trump of the United States of America and what we could have had with former Vice President Kamala Harris.  From the authorized King James version of the Holy Bible.  Proverbs 28:4…They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.  Also Proverbs 29:12…If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.

Don’t worry, I will have a visual example of my thoughts on how ‘JUDGES’ should discern between good and evil when both stand before them.  Forsaking people seems to come easily for the wicked.  When you strip cancer research from the hopes of parents standing watch over their dying babies.  You are wicked.  When you ‘dismiss’ our sentries.  Those that gather and analyze intelligence to keep us as safe as possible, for the sake of pleasing the ‘ruler’.  You are wicked.  All of you that serve in President Donald J. Trump’s cabinet.  Live with the facts about what you are doing to the people that reside in America!

Please do not say you are fulfilling your oath.  That would be blasphemous!  When as a member of President Donald J. Trumps’ cabinet you do not speak truth; please know there will come a time when you will be before the ‘First Father’ himself when you are answering questions.  Will you tell him the same lies you are telling us?  Personally, I hope you do.

Whether you choose to ‘FORSAKE’ or ‘FULFILL’ your oath and whatever personal spiritual commitments you hold.  Don’t act as if you have a pardon in your pocket thinking that it will be valid when you present it the ‘FIRST FATHER’. 

But Donald J. Trump said, ‘you better take it God’.  It was printed on stationary from Trump University.  I wouldn’t be surprised if God didn’t laugh in your face when he says this.  I’m sorry to tell you, but you ‘got played homey’!

A little bit of your time for a few questions and answers I have about who knows what, when and how to make it happen at the Stock Market.  First question would be who is feeding Donald J. Trump information on when to make announcements about his tariff fixation?  Who tells Donald J. Trump when to do it before the Stock Market opens, during the Stock Market hours, and after the Stock Market closes?

Curiosity is leading me to ask for a little more background on why tariffs triggered all what happened.  The ups and downs, the losses and gains, in the Stock Market which oddly has peaked my mystifying bullshit detector meter thingy.  I need answers people.  As you already know, I was a registered representative years ago for a financial firm, so I know a little bit more than the average person about how money is multiplied in the market.  Let’s take a crack at what I believe is going on because it’s still happening.

Donald J. Trump has a lot of people flowing in and out of his orbit from titled positions to business leaders to anyone trying to get his ear about some things.  What if Donald J. Trump isn’t just saying those things about tariffs willy nilly?  What if someone with information on when a company is about to release an IPO (initial public offering), or someone with knowledge about a huge company preparing a stock split tells a person they know has the ear of Donald J. Trump when to announce his tariffs?  When to suspend his tariffs?  When to announce the tariffs are back on?  Get where I’m going with this yet?

If somebody is feeding Donald J. Trump information through a go-between or a direct contact, that is securities fraud!  What does a mom and pop investor or a working stiff having a little money set aside each month to try and build a better future doesn’t know there are people with information they do not have pulling the levers of the Stock Market?  What do you think will happen to the little bit of money of those small investors? 

Let me say this.  I don’t believe a word the talking heads on MSNBC, FOX or CNN are saying why the Stock Market goes up or down.  I mean all the Stock Market indicators of the Dow Jones, Nasdaq, the S&P 500 and so on.  When it comes to the Stock Market; the sluggard is wiser than 7 men and women that can render a reason.

I tell you what.  Let’s do this.  When this 90 day pause is up and Donald J. Trump rescinds his tariff pause again or whatever.  Take a look at when companies decides to announce quarterly reports.  Take a look at companies announcing inventories.  I bet you a pattern will arise of market manipulation.  Don’t believe me?  We’ll see.

Look who is selling their stock before Donald J. Trump announces his next tariff folly.  Who is buying when the Stock Market does a so-called ‘rally’ back to prior numbers?  Yeah, I bet you a pattern will start to emerge of who is finagling who.

Listen to me!  Who has data about shipping orders?  Who has data about raw material costs?  Who has data on what countries have it in abundance?  Who has connections to who has contacts in those countries?  Who knows who, what companies, has the money to buy their supplies at the cheapest rate? 

Do you know these things American consumer?  We are all getting set up for the biggest financial robbery in the history of America.  From the Republicans giving the gaudy gilded rich a tax cut America can’t afford.  These White Supremacists so hell bent on race baiting they don’t even know they’re about to get the ‘shaft’ right along side everybody else.  To my brothers and sisters of Spaniard ancestry thinking White Supremacists and White privilege types on steroids will accept them as equals. 

Everybody but the rich is about to be jettisoned as dead weight to fend for themselves.  If voters do not vote out every Republican they see on every ballots from now until the 2026 midterms, America will be turned on its’ head for turning towards evil instead of pulling together behind a proven leader in former Vice President Kamala Harris.

A majority of Americans picked the evil guy.  Oh, what I said above this closing will get worst if we don’t fight back with our hearts, souls and minds. 

Think about more than just yourself sometimes.

Generous Is Too Kind A Word

Marvelous.  It does take all of us voicing connected priorities to change spirits in doubt.  All of us have to keep doing what we are doing.  I will of course add my two cents when necessary.  Let me say something that I believe is on the tips of our understanding.  It is about all the people that cannot seem to make up their minds on what they believe in.  It does seem for them that right and wrong, good and evil are moving targets. 

This is what I believe.

‘Your spiritual nature already has decided.  It knows what is right and what is wrong.  It does not need counsel to clarify such things because the ability to discern good and evil should have already come after use of your spirit nature.  What is the admonishment?  “The Spirit speaketh expressly”.  Therefore, for those of us that do know, when you are under trial, who you are will always prevail’.

I do mean both choices.  Good or Evil.  You have already picked one of the two.  Frankly, for those human beings (say that sarcastically) that think they can wallow in the mire of evil and come back to good when they are finished are seriously delusional (again roll that over your thoughts with your head cocked to the side).

Okay, let me lay it on you.  Donald J. Trump is bringing the whirlwind.  Do you not know what a tornado or a hurricane is?  Both have destructive power, but the ‘hurricane’ alters reality on a scale far larger than a tornado could ever imagine.  America has chosen the whirlwind that is a fact. 

Do you still believe that those of us that didn’t want him should just get out of the path of his destruction?  No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We will not!

I am not talking about my fellow Democrats, Independents and God fearing people because we already know.  We don’t go back and forth over whether Donald J. Trump is an evil man.  Donald J. Trump is an evil man period.

Fight him in the same manner as John the Baptist told King Herod he could not have his brother’s wife.  Fight him in the same manner as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 

Fight him in the same manner as C.J. Miller lynched at Bardwell, Kentucky on July 7, 1893 by those good Christians in the South.  The ‘THE RED RECORD’ by Ida B.  Wells-Barnett tells his story starting on page 43.

Listen people, I don’t care what you do.  Do what you want.  Believe whatever you will.  There is no such thing as ‘no cost’.  If you tell yourself lies, lies will get you in the end.  If you practice the truth, the truth will lift you above the clouds.  I believe there should be a named mental disorder in the DSM-V.  It should be called ‘American’.  I mean the delusions we have told ourselves across time are legendary.

I mean really?  Just because we say we’re the greatest nation to ever grace the surface of the Earth we just got it like that?  I mean really?  We’ve gotten our asses kicked in wars across the world too.  What?  We think of those times as a blip?  Take AI, artificial intelligence, are you serious?  A computer program that was called software is now called AI?  You can’t make this shit up!

Lastly, this is my spiritual advice to former Vice President Kamala Harris (of which I will put on my website as well www.landcause.com) for her revival.

Mental Health:  Equal Health

First things first is we must wrestle this false superiority of knowing what is mental health away from the general conversation about it.  Five years of Mental and Behavioral Healthcare experience has allowed me to uncover many expert opinions about it, and all such opinions deriving from seemingly enlightened patients.  Granted some self-care explanations were on track, but being close to the answers cannot be the standard.

Therefore the philosophical nature of mass expertise is counterproductive and harmful to societies understandings about mental health in general.  What then can psychological professionals do to dampen such a kaleidoscope of untrained sufferers diagnosing complicated mental disorders?  My suggestion would be to produce a weekly periodical.  A digital application on a smart phone with current news in the field.  Produced along with a bevy of relatable leaders in the field cast on a short 30 minute weekly video.  These non-stoic professionals will raise mental healthcare to the same respectable level as physical healthcare.

Many changes have led mental health to being reconsidered as a crucial opposite to the same coin of physical healthcare.  More promotion is required if mental health is to achieve the position of equality it deserves for the benefit of humanity.

Issue 19:  What’s That Sound?

How’s that song go?  ‘You better stop children, what’s that sound, everybody look what’s going down’.

Before I start this post of Mental Health Equal Health which is Out In Black episode 14, I wish to again confirm my firm belief in the spiritual nature of growth.  The spiritual can determine the right time for our mortal success if we chose to believe the one is supreme above the other.  I wanted success so bad in my younger years I just knew if I achieved it in my ‘elder’ years I wouldn’t get to enjoy it.

Isn’t that funny?  Funny in a way that my reasoning was so inept, so cunningly stupid and crass that I now look back on my youth trembling in gratitude to God that he waited to give me this enormous gift of writing and storytelling.   Like a spiritual King slipped my success in the stack of laborious burdens that I had to accomplish before I pulled off the final task above it that held my success underneath it.

I liken it to the North Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court making quick judgments before they understood the implications and far reaching spillage of their authority.  The North Carolina Supreme Court almost neutering themselves when the North Carolina State Legislature asked them to render judicial review unlawful.

Of course, the United States Supreme Court actually took the ‘door’ off the hinges to the room of ‘restraint’ when they told Donald J. Trump he was a ‘God’.  Now, mind you, Donald J. Trump had that ‘door’ ground into saw dust and put on the back of a truck with no walls and took it out to high wind country.  Yeah, who knows where all the specks of saw dust are now?

See, that’s what happens when you don’t judge properly what is before you, or you judge ‘before the time’ is right.  I already told you where I got that snippet of scripture from, but for the sake of expediency I will give it you again.  It is 1 Corinthians 4:5.

Again, these things would be funny if they weren’t so asinine!  You think you’re so smart that people don’t have an agenda when they come before a court of law.  Oh, they wouldn’t try to get me to ‘fuck’ myself would they?  Oh no, no, that is something they never would try.  Sarcastically?  Yeah, say that last part with a look on your face that held the true disdain for these ‘conservatives’ behind your eyes.

And these are ‘so-called’ conservatives standing before these Supreme Court wise ‘conservatives’ asking them for something these justices believe at ‘face-value’, but the true motive is devious and it is hidden beneath in the ‘stack’ of papers they just handed them.  Incredible isn’t it?  These Supreme Court justices, no matter at what level they sit in our governmental systems, haven’t the slightest ‘tinge’ of that vaunted wisdom they so flaunt!

Oh, the phrase, ‘YOU GOT PLAYED HOMEY!’ doesn’t come close to the impact their decisions and near decisions they wanted to render.

One last thing before I close.  That Bill Maher meeting with President Trump he so described as a man he thought he knew.  Check out Saint Mark 6:3.  If Bill Maher is judging Donald Trump from the pomp, prestige, and trappings of a temporary political office he doesn’t own, then you can say Mr. Maher’s judgment is as flawed and wholly lacking as those clowns that attempted to judge the son of God.

That’s why Jesus admonished us to always gravitate towards those that are without.  The poor, the widow, the stranger, the traveler beaten and robbed, so we don’t admire all the wealth and circumstance that we become trapped by our minds believing the King ‘enjoys’ watching us be a glutton at his table when in actuality he wants to ‘slice’ our throat Proverbs 23:2.

Bill Maher wasn’t wrong in his assessment of Donald J. Trump charming him.  That is a common response when you are so rudimentarily lacking of wisdom it is a cause for people to shake their heads at the stupidity coming out of your mouth!  Bill Maher can never unsay what he said.

Now.  It is time again for some Black Folk Sense.  The ‘Rich’ man looking at you eating his fine food and drinking his fine wine and beverages is growing more and more fierce rage inside him.  When you look at the King’s face though; the idiots that think it is charming are often the ones that lead innocents into the slaughter house off it.  Then later they claim they never knew he despised the poor and disabled.  ‘I, I didn’t see the crazy man I always seen sitting atop the throne’.  ‘Ugg, How could I be wrong?  I talk to a camera every day.  It informs my view of people of all kinds’.

That is why the Legacy Media of ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, THE NEW YORK TIMES, THE WASHINGTON POST all print glowing stories of how Donald J. Trump is the best thing since cheese spread was invented. 

‘Hey children what’s that sound, everybody look what’s going down’.

That is the sound of intelligence being dumbed down as these Legacy Media companies always wanted it to be.  None of them can walk back or correct the record on page ‘oblivion’ that they are to blame for justice being denied for decades in America.  I don’t think you will ever see or have you ever seen a lynching on the face of their newspapers or magazines.  Nor will it be a lead bulletin on their news shows ever!  Don’t tell me now you don’t like or agree with Donald J. Trump.  All of you have been promoting these demonic people in America as long as you stole this country from the Native Americans!

Tell me I’m wrong?  I have revised my statement that all White people are the ‘last’ to see ‘injustice’ and ‘evil’ in America.  Still though, when the White Supremacist and those that weaponize their White Privilege rear their ugly heads; I don’t see the heads of all these White People who claim they are against it rise as quickly to oppose them. 

Get quicker on the draw and I’ll temper my disappointment in the block of White People that claim to practice human decency and the order that God actually wants us to live by.

Yeah, when human beings are being led to the death chamber it’s kind of too late then.
